All artwork sold through Sangrez Galleria is original, one-of-a-kind work. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
We encourage all customers to review artwork descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the artwork has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For custom or commissioned artworks, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once work has commenced. A deposit paid for commissioned work is non-refundable under any circumstances.
