1. All Sales Are Final

All artwork sold through Sangrez Galleria is original, one-of-a-kind work. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

We encourage all customers to review artwork descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Item

We understand that exceptions are necessary in cases of genuine fault. If your artwork arrives:

• Significantly damaged due to transit (not wear consistent with packaging)
• Materially different from what was described or depicted on the website

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order details and proof of purchase
• Clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy
• Photographs of the original packaging

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

• Artwork replacement (subject to availability)
• Store credit
• Partial or full refund

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the artwork has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Custom or Commission Orders

For custom or commissioned artworks, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once work has commenced. A deposit paid for commissioned work is non-refundable under any circumstances.
